General conditions

Your exhibition participation is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Exhibition Participation or General Terms and Conditions of Co-Exhibitor.

Down payment scholarship participation

Once you have decided to confirm your scholarship participation then the contract will be drawn up and signed.

A 25% deposit will be charged upon signing the contract.

Zero-emission and environmental zone

From January 1, 2025, the municipality of Utrecht will introduce a zero-emission zone. A zero-emission zone is an area where only zero-emission company cars and trucks are allowed to drive, with the aim of reducing CO2 emissions. Jaarbeurs is located within the zero-emission zone and environmental zone. This means that it is not allowed to park or load and unload on our (parking) area if your vehicle does not meet the admission requirements.

Catered catering

For more than 100 years, Jaarbeurs has been catering for organizers, exhibitors and visitors. From a lunch delivered to the booth, an expert barista, to a fully catered drink.

At Jaarbeurs, we understand and motivate that you like to create your own atmosphere during the fair, including providing food and drinks at your booth.

To ensure that everything runs smoothly, we have established some guidelines for bringing your own catering.
